Are you guys actually talking about hockey in this podcast?

I really like you Steve, I’m fond of your videos, but I never listen to your podcast because every time I try to listen, you guys never talk about hockey. Maybe I’m unlucky, but I click everywhere on the soundcloud player and I’m often disappointed.

So I wanna know if you guys are into hockey, Pokemon or whatever in this one.

Keep your hard work guys, see it as a critic and really not a condemnation.

Someone’s probably already told you this, but Pat Burns coached Montreal from the 1988/89 season to the 1991/92 season (before joining Toronto) and Serge Savard was the GM of the Habs from 1983 to 1995. That’s when they worked together.

I’ve also heard the same type of thing about Harry Sinden blocking Burns, but I don’t know how true any of it is. I don’t think its really possible for 1 or 2 guys on the selection committee to block someone. The committee has 18 members (I think), and I don’t know how many votes a person needs to be inducted, but I don’t think 1 member can block someone.

    Great podcast guys!

On a side note, I just wanted to say that I really like it when you guys disagree with each other on the show. Unique perspectives and different view points are great to hear, i.e. Adam’s view on the Original 6, how to fix the Oilers, etc. Keep flushing out ideas! It makes it more fun.

Cheers and looking forward to Friday’s show!
